My name is Anif, and I run this district. The name District 12 was actually the name for a project idea I was working on a while back, but has now been scrapped. This will be my web hot spot to post anything I so desire. I often have so many things and insights in my head to share with people, and this will be the best and easy way to get those ideas out. Apart from sharing things, getting a response plays a big role too. You can never tell what new things one can learn through the insight of others.
