TD Bank Fake Email…Delete!
This morning I got the following email from TD Bank asking to confirm my account information:

First of all, I do not even have an account with TD Bank, for many reasons that are off-topic right now. Secondly, one would think these person(s) trying to send out phishing emails would at least click on the bloody spell check button before sending out mass emails. I mean…come on, the grammar sucked and the email ended with some stupid tale that makes no sense with the email.
Anyway, for anyone who does get this sort of email, DO NOT CLICK ANYTHING and DELETE IT! There is an awful lot pf phishing going on these days. The worst are probably the eBay emails. For one, the eBay emails are quite good. I’m shocked at how much effort these phishers put into them. But I always know, certain clues that give it away due to my tech background. But the average user, sad to say….will easily get fooled with them. As always, if you are unsure, do not click anything and contact someone in that company.
