I was just on TechCrunch reading about this new Service called Bringo which promises us to “Stop Talking to Machines and Talk to a Real Human”. In order to use it, all you have to do is:

1. Find a company you want to call
2. Enter your phone number (which is kept confidential)
3. Wait while Bringo navigates the phone tree and Bringo’s to you a real person
4. When your phone rings, pick it up…and their should be a Live CSR on the line!

I am quite impressed with the concept behind this service, and it is definitely solving a pain in the ass that we all face when we call 1-800 numbers. Like my Business Prof used to say, find a solution to a pain people face…and you have a brilliant idea! I haven’t tried the service yet, but would sure do, especially now that I have to call some businesses and my time is precious. If this thing works as well as it sounds, this my friend is innovation at its best so far for this year.
